Our two bedroom, two bathroom Hilton Head villa is on one of the top floors and overlooks pristine salt water marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. When you step out onto our balcony you will experience some of the most amazing, breathtaking views you have ever seen.

Our condos have been recently updated and include many extras along with the standard features you are accustomed to. There is crown molding throughout, a stone countertop, Pergo floors, as well as many additional extras too numerous to mention here.

2br - Spectacular Ocean View Villa -- Lots of Amenities!

This completely renovated condo is on one of the top floors and overlooks pristine saltwater marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. When you step out onto our balcony you will experience some of the most breathtaking, panoramic views on the entire island. Our condo includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances in our fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings and a flat screen television. Condo amenities are just steps away from our villa's door. One of the Resorts three pools is right downstairs, with a casual restaurant and convenience store right alongside (open March-October). We even have a great heated indoor pool. The boardwalk to the beach is also just outside and has a beach cabana and a snack bar at the end of it -- right on the ocean (open March-October)! The golf course is right next door, and we have six lighted tennis courts on-site. Bike trails abound out front and lead all over the island. The grocery store, restaurants, and Sheltercove Marina are all less than one mile away

2br - Vacation Paradise

Our villa in Villamare in Palmetto Dunes Plantation is situated on the finest beach on Hilton Head Island, and is within walking distance to more amenities than any other villa area. The master bedroom suite is separated from the main living/dining area by French doors with privacy curtains. It has a California king-sized bed, cable TV, and a spacious bathroom vanity area including a jacuzzi and private shower. Sliding glass doors provide access to the main balcony, which has a table and four chairs. The second bedroom features a separate entry off the common foyer for more privacy when two families or couples are staying together. It features two queen-sized beds, its own full bath, cable TV, and private balcony with chairs. There is also a TV in the living/dining area. There are two VCR's and a DVD player in the condo, in addition to a portable CD stereo unit in the master bedroom. The dining room table seats 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, plus a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is additional seating for 2 on stools at the breakfast bar. The entire unit is tastefully decorated with designer decor providing a sense of elegance in our oceanside unit. All linens and towels are provided.

3br - Beautiful Shipyard Plantation Villa on Golf Course

Our property is a beautifully decorated, updated two-story townhouse located on the 8th tee of the Clipper course in Shipyard Plantation. On the first floor is a large foyer with an atrium, a powder room, newly-renovated kitchen with a separate eat-in area, a laundry area, dining area and living room which has a flat panel TV, DVD player, and CD player. The large picture window allows easy viewing of the golfers and local wildlife in the lagoon. There is also a fireplace in the living room. Each of the nicely decorated bedrooms upstairs has its own bathroom and deck. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its recently updated bath has a separate garden tub and shower. There is a deck off the master bedroom. There is a flat panel in the master bedroom, also. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bath. It also has a tv. The third bedroom is twin-bedded and has its own bathroom and TV. These two bedrooms share a deck overlooking the pool. The pool is directly across from our unit, which is located in a secluded area of the plantation. The villa has dsl wireless internet connection, a washer and dryer, and a fully-outfitted kitchen.

Brand new pillow top king and queen beds. You will love the overly spacious screened porch with all new cushioned chairs for family dinners or just sit and relax. You might be lucky enough to see the deer walk by in the large open wooded area behind the porch.

Three bedrooms (one King, one Queen, two Twins) each boast the most comfortable bed linens we could find, with "down alternative" pillows. Flat Screen Televisions in King and Queen bedrooms. "Monkey Business" is located three houses, 75 yards to one of the nicest beaches on Hilton Head Island, you and your family and friends will find the large pool 40' x 20' great for laps and lounging. We purchased this 2 story home in September, 2006 and completely redecorated and refurnished Monkey Business. The five bedrooms, two on first floor, three on second floor comfortably sleep 16-18, all have cable access TVs some with DVDs. Kitchen is extremely well-stocked and ready for the gourmet or casual cook.
2nd refrigerator with ice maker and 2nd stove in ground floor room with access to the pool deck and another screened in porch, very convenient to the propane gas grill.

5br - Lg Pool, handicap friendly sleeps 14

250 yards to one of the nicest beaches on the island and 4 mintes to Coligny. At Southwind a car is not necessary. It is decorated in a bright, cheery Provencal palette with comfortable furniture and fully out fitted kitchens.

The main one-floor, ranch house sleeps 10. It has two bedroms with king size beds, two twin bed rooms and a new, queen-size sleeper sofa in the sitting room and three large bathrooms, one of which has an ADA approved shower.

Our guest-house has a first floor master bedroom with king size bed, the second floor living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, 1 1/2 baths in this house.

The new large pool has a unique, wading-lounging area. A 750 sq ft screened in breezeway connects the houses and contains a six person hot tub, tiki bar and is well furnished.

We have six adult, two kids bikes and a tricycle available for our guests as well as a two person sit-on-top kayak and a great assortment of floats and beach chairs and toys.
